Some customer have experienced the error Unauthorized Request attempting to pay their bill or request a service start-up. To resolve this issue, we recommend you first press CTRL+F5 in your browser to refresh the page. If you still experience the issue after this, please ensure you're using the most recent version of your web browser (usually by choosing Help > About from the application menu). Something did not go as expected. Try clicking the back button on your browser and trying your request again. If the problem occurs again, try your request later as the issue could be caused by a slow data connection, high network traffic, or background system maintenance.
